7.sudesi.com has the right to accept or deny the refunds based on transaction nature. In respect of amounts received for Single issue purchase/E-books, no refund will be allowed. In case of refund, bank processing charges 5% will be deducted from the final refund value based on the transactions and magazines download.
8.sudesi.com has the right to include or exclude the new magazine release or discontinue the current magazine in the ALL Magazine subscription based on the business contingency.
9.E-books can be read through APP only (Android/ios)
10.sudesi.COM may suspend the Services in case sudesi.COM believes that the Subscriber has violated or acted inconsistently with these Terms and Conditions.
11.sudesi.com subscription services does not include any other new paid services which may be included in the future. The subscription is valid only for the existing magazines including Ananda sudesi, Junior sudesi, Aval sudesi, Chutti sudesi, Sakthi sudesi, Nanayam sudesi, Pasumai sudesi, Motor sudesi (except autocar pages), doctor sudesi.
12.Though we take utmost effort to offer disruption free service we do not make any warranties, express or implied with respect to this service due to the factors that are beyond our control.
13.Life Time Subscribers can read sudesi Magazines for first 12 years. After 12 years, your contact details will be verified once a year over email and/or phone upon which the subscription access is continued to be activated. Therefore it is mandatory to register your mobile number with sudesi account.
Subscription of printed books will be posted by Register Airmail for foreign subscribers and by Registered Mail for inland subscribers. A book will be dispatched at your own risk. PAYMENT & CHARGEBACK DISCLAIMER

In the event of permanent suspension of services other than by Force majeure within the period of subscription from the date of the commencement of your subscription, sudesi.COM shall be liable to refund only the proportionate subscription amount so collected being the unexpired period of your subscription as on that date of suspension.
In the event of permanent suspension of services other than by Force majeure within the period of 12 years from the date of the commencement of your life time subscription, sudesi.com shall be liable to refund only the proportionate subscription amount so collected being the unexpired period of your 12 years subscription as on that date of suspension. This offer does not include any other new paid services which may be included in the future. This life time subscription offer is valid only for the existing magazines including Ananda sudesi, Junior sudesi, Aval sudesi, Chutti sudesi, Sakthi sudesi, Nanayam sudesi, Pasumai sudesi, Motor sudesi, Doctor sudesi, Aval Kitchen, sudesi Thadam.
